We are proud to present our first annual Sparkling Wine Dinner. Chef Karen will partner with Sparkling Wine producer Pepe Raventos from Raventos i Blanc to create a Special Pairing Menu. “For sparkling wine we always think of Champagne; maybe the world would like to taste another interpretation”.
